Let’s Talk Harm Reduction

Harm Reduction Means Compassion. Harm Reduction Means Love. Harm Reduction Means Respect.
Harm Reduction Saves Lives.
Welcoming all levels of knowledge. Let’s Talk Harm Reduction is an interactive webinar that will introduce the core principles of harm reduction and explore the ways that we can implement harm reduction practices in our communities, lives, and classrooms. If you know about harm reduction and want to take a deeper dive, this webinar is for you too. Let’s talk about this community, social and health issue together.
At the Community Care Centre, we believe that harm reduction is an integral part of any health, wellness, and justice framework. Let’s learn from each other to better support each other. Hope to see you there.
Facilitated by: Samantha MacRae (they/them)
Facilitator Bio:
Samantha is a white/Disabled/Mad/Queer/Trans/Non-Binary CCC staff. They are always down to talk books, podcasts, care focused labour economies, disability justice, gardening, astrology, radical birthing practices, harm reduction and house plants. Always listening, always (un)learning.
