Mission Statement
“We are committed to supporting each other and the Students of George Brown College in the struggle for students’ rights, the pursuit of quality education, and the provision of services, in a safe, accessible, and equitable environment.”
Organizational Mandate
The Student Association functions as the central student government representing the interests of all George Brown College students. The Student Association focuses on representation, advocacy, delivery of services and the operation of businesses to support its overall mandate.

Student Association of George Brown College
Community Care Centre
The CCC creates safe(r) spaces, open to all students who care about issues of equity and each other to gather, share experiences, skill-build, socialize, raise awareness, and cultivate community. Events programmed by and for students includes workshops, discussion groups, crafting, field trips, equity and constituency peer support campaigns.
Student Nutrition Access Program
The Student Nutrition Access Program provides support on the nutrition, health and wellness needs of George Brown College students to help them succeed academically.
Among their services are food hampers, events and webinars on health and wellness and an on-campus food pantry.
Academic Support
To provide you with the tools and guidance you need to resolve the academic issues you might face during your time at GBC
Student Legal Services
Provides legal assistance to students with respect to a broad range of legal issues that affects their enrolment and finances. We help students prepare affidavits to fill various gaps in their financial aid documentation.
