Join us at our Annual General Meeting, Oct. 29, 2025.
As members of the SAGBC, you’re entitled to share your voice and opinions with the student elected Board of Directors. The AGM is your chance to understand our financial position, and learn about our annual report.
By taking part in the AGM, you’ll not only be able to shape the future for students, you can join us for a free lunch and have a chance at winning some fantastic prizes.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. on Oct. 29. More information about location, keynote speaker, etc., will become available prior to the meeting.
Students who want to attend, but have a class conflict, can download the Amnesty Form. Alternatively, proxy your vote to a friend.
AGM Amnesty Certificate:
Students are encouraged to attend the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and keep themselves informed about the issues that affect them during their academic career.
Those who have a scheduled class/assessment during this time are still able to attend the meeting thanks to the Amnesty certificate which will be available to those who attend the Annual General Meeting on Oct. 29, 2025.
All students who attend the Fall General Meeting will receive a certification of attendance from the Student Association. The purpose of this certification letter is to confirm that the student attended this valid Student Association activity.
To receive this certificate, students must register at the start of the AGM to receive their voting card and then stay for at least 50% of the meeting. Certificates signed by the Director of Education & Equity will be handed out to students starting after 1 p.m. on Oct. 29.

AGM Proxy Form
Can’t make the AGM, ask a friend to be your Proxy and vote on your behalf. As per the SA Bylaws, any one member may hold not more than two (2) proxies.
